Dr. Hadad is a board-certified physician specializing in blood and cancer medicine (Hematology and Oncology). He is also the medical director of our clinic with a board certification in Internal Medicine. He completed his medical studies in Chicago, Illinois. He also has a degree of Global Executive Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University, Washington DC. He has been practicing in Evansville area for 17 years.
Karie Conapinski, AGNP, is a native of Evansville. She obtained her undergraduate nursing degree from the University of Southern Indiana in 1999 and has over 20 years of experience in healthcare. Her dedication to healthcare motivated her to continue her education while she remained focused on patient care. In 2013, Karie was Deaconess The Women’s Hospital Employee of the year where she worked as a Registered Nurse in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit. She later returned to USI and completed a Post Master’s Certificate as an Adult/Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Karie is the mother of 4 children. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, watching Penn State football, reading, and listening to all types of music.
Lisa Stratton, FNP-C, is a native of Kentucky, now residing in Evansville. She received her undergraduate nursing degree from Madisonville Community College in 2007 and has over 13 years’ experience in healthcare. Her nursing background is in cardiac and intensive care. Lisa completed her Master’s Degree in Nursing at Walden University and became board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2019. Her practice focuses on family care, with experience in Mental Health disorders and behaviors. Lisa is married and mother to two girls and a fur baby. In her spare time, she enjoys watching sports, listening to music, and reading.
