Our Providers

Lotfi Hadad, MD, MBA

Dr. Hadad is a board-certified physician specializing in blood and cancer medicine (Hematology and Oncology). He is also the medical director of our clinic with a board certification in Internal Medicine. He completed his medical studies in Chicago, Illinois. He also has a degree of Global Executive Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University, Washington DC. He has been practicing in Evansville area for 17 years.

Denise Kidder, FNP

Denise Kidder, MSN/Ed, FNP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years in the medical field. Denise is a native of Owensboro, Kentucky. She obtained her undergrad at Western Kentucky University in 2006 and a Master of Science in nursing education in 2012. In 2014 she completed her Post Masters certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Colorado.

In 2015 Denise worked as a Critical Care/Emergency trauma nurse fellowship instructor at JBSA (Joint Base

San Antonio) Lackland Airforce Base. Her diverse experience and passion for the medical field is conveyed through her work at Evansville Multi-Specialty Clinic. Her practice focuses on holistic care for patients from adolescent to end of life. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren as well as her 2 cats. She also loves to play the piano and listen to music.

Dennis Myers, MSN, FNP, AAHIVS

Dennis Myers, MSN, FNP, AAHIVS, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in the treatment of HIV, HEP- C, and family practice. He is a graduate of Indiana State

University and University of Southern Indiana. Mr. Myers is the only American Academy of HIV Medicine certified practitioner in the tristate area. He is the 2009 recipient of the Jefferson Award, the 2016 recipient of the Evansville Courier and Press Health Care Hero Award, and the 2017 recipient of the Myreon Taylor HIV Leadership award. In his spare time, he lectures about HIV and Hep C to both patients and clinicians.
